Hmm! Obasanjo uses his executive position to fight
Igbos? It seems he is implementing the yoruba agenda against Nd�Igbo or he is acting on his impulse based on his inferiority complex? His actions
or inactions against Nd�Igbo are continuation of the war on Igbos, initiated and executed by the late chief Obafemi Awolowo? He is in competition with the late
chief on how to do Igbos in. A review of chief Awolowo�s actions against Nd�Igbo indicates that he initiated and prosecuted tribalism against Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe�s premiership of the western Nigeria. Awolowo as finance commissioner and deputy chairman of the federal executive council under Yakubu Gowon , sabotaged all effort at resolving
the Nigeria-Biafra civil war in favor of Biafra. It was Awolowo that sabotaged the Aburi
agreement reached by the then Nigerian Supreme Military Council (SMC) that would have avoided the civil war. It
was Awolowo who initiated and implemented starvation
against Biafran children. It was Awolowo who initiated the indigenization decree that made it extremely impossible for Nd�Igbo to have access
to the multinational companies in Nigeria after the war as he had advised the Gowon government that all that individual Igbo worth was 20
pounds regardless of what he/she had in the bank. So the Yorubas used all the money they stole unchallenged from the Nigeria�s treasury during the civil war to
purchase all the companies and businesses in Lagos. It was Awolowo in collaboration with Ken Saro
Wiwa, presided over by a Yoruba military
officer who implemented the seizure of
Igbo properties in Port Har-Court which came to be qualified
abandoned property by the Nigerian government. The late chief passed the torch of tribal zealotry and Igbo hatred
to surviving Yorubas. To the Obasanjo�s Igbo field commanders on his war against Nd�Igbo, Chris Uba, his brothers and co, during his accidental tenor as military head of state of Nigeria in late
70�s it is on record that the east central state now southeast states was only given one federal commissioner�s
position, in the name of late Dr. Augustine Nnamani. Although the coward Obasanjo was hell scared of the then Islamic dominated Nigerian military. Hence his hasty hand over power
to Islamic north. Perhaps what kept Awolowo in check on his diabolical design against Nd�Igbo prior to July 1966 was because Igbos had military,
economic and intellectual superiority over the Yorubas then. Hence his concerted effort to push Igbos out of Nigeria by all means necessary and unnecessary
when the pogrom visited on Nd�Igbo by northern feudalists in 1966.

When the late chief MKO
Abiola had the opportunity to taste the
smell of Nigeria�s political power, there was no doubt he was going to continue with Awolowo�s path of excluding Nd�Igbo from Nigeria�s leadership equation. As soon as
he clinched the presidential candidate of SDP,
which perhaps was destined to win the presidency of Nigeria then, he chose another Islamic northerner as vice presidential candidate and a mid-westerner as
the SDP chairman in the person of the notorious
Tony Anenih. When confronted on his rational
to exclude a major tribe from the Nigeria�s leadership, he boasted that he would be president without Igbos. By extension, he did not need
Igbo support. The rest is history.
Since the selection of Obasanjo as the president of Nigeria in 1999, there was no doubt he was
implementing Awolowo�s or Yoruba agenda against Nd�Igbo, using federal government machinery to implement the agenda. Needless
to say that his selection over Dr. Alex Ekwueme who labored and nurtured PDP,
by the northern military whose arrow head was Ibrahim Babangida as PDP
presidential candidate was a glaring confirmation of the national conspiracy against Igbos. Since Obasanjo became president, his chronological
war against Nd�Igbo has been legend. In his first term, he appointed Ojo
Maduekwe culture minister, Kema Chikwe, Vincent Ogbulafor were his other appointees. And these are people least competent to represent Igbos interests. He
chose Mr. Evan Ewerem
an unknown quantity in Igbo issues, over the late Dr. Chuba
OkadIgbo, the party�s choice and an authority
in legislature�s independent, to serve as senate president so he could use senate to advance some of his diabolical
move against Nd�Igbo that would have some constitutional implications. His pattern of appointment was to pick the
most unpopular Igbo men and those that would sell out and sabotage Igbo interests in return for some crumbs. Obasanjo yorubanised Nigeria and her institutions in order to create Yoruba economic and political empire. Even the crumbs such as traditional
ministries that were usually given to Igbos by his predecessors were given to the other zones as a way to rubbish
on Nd�Igbo.
In February 2000, Igbos were massacred in thousand, their properties
looted by the islamic hoodlums in Kaduna. For days the massacre was going
on Obasanjo neither act to stop the mayhem until
he was satisfied that the hoodlums had killed enough Igbos nor ever condemned the massacre till today. His lack
of intervention and condemnation of the carnage gave the hoodlums the green light to repeat the massacre in May
of the same year. In Kano, the massacre against Igbos by the
same Islamic hoodlums occurred in the year 2002 with green light from Kwankwaso the so-called governor. Again Obasanjo did not condemn the massacre neither
the governor reprimanded. During the world pageant of 2002 that was billed to take place in Nigeria, the same Islamic
hoodlums visited death and destructions on innocent Christians in Kaduna
and this tribal bigot did not do anything to serve as deterrent to those hoodlums which gave them the green light
to visit destructions and mayhem on Christians and their churches all over the northern Nigeria with ease. The
core north instituted the sharia
on the expense of the Christian ways and values and has used same to visit mayhem on Igbos and Christians all over
the north, but Obasanjo with his tacit endorsement of the sharianization of the north, provides them security cover to harass and intimidate Christianity in Nigeria.
During the façade called election
of 2003 which came to be known as 419 2003, Obasanjo made sure the southeast should not breakaway from the notoriously and corruption infested organization
headed by him which goes by an acronym PDP.
He sponsored Chris Uba
with federal government resources using Nigeria�s security out fits the army, the police and SSS to effect the robbing of APGA their smooth victory in the southeast
and else- where. In addition to the promise to Mr. Uba
to control Anambra State treasury, and recoup the money the federal government gave him to rob APGA in Anambra State, Obasanjo and Uba miscalculated as Ngige
reciprocated with the same 419, and resisted Uba�s
control of the State�s treasury, hence the kidnap saga of July 10, 2003. Mr. Fani Kayode
has challenged anybody with facts of Obasanjo�s complicity in the Anambra criminal situation to come forward. Perhaps Obasanjo and his gang of dummies and ignoramus
always took Nigerians for illiterates and ignorant.
Mr. Kayode, during the kidnap action the police officer who effected the kidnapping, the late AIG
Ige, averred that the order to kidnap
the governor was from the above. There was no way police IG
alhaji Mustafa Balogun would give an express order to kidnap
a governor without Obasanjo�s sanctioning the order. The president did not condemn the action nor have the perpetrators arrested
and prosecuted. Instead, in an interview conducted on him by one Chima
of the Nigerian Vanguard, he was very irascible that the guy used the word kidnap and never agreed that the kidnap
took place. The question for Mr. Kayode
is, what did Obasanjo do on the issue in spite of his control
of the Nigeria�s police and his frequent use of the police against his perceived opponents? Why did something
that took place in Anambra State moved to the federal court in Abuja by the perpetrators while there was already existing court action regarding the crime in the court
of competent jurisdiction in the state where the crime took place�Awka?
Why the change of PDP
on the issue from crime to family affair after the PDP
chairman Mr. Innocent Audu
Ogbe had already qualified the action
as a crime? Why is Chris Uba
move about with more than a number of mobile police capable of guarding a local government even when Obasanjo directed the police to remove police
guard from private individuals?
On January 2004, what are the complicities
of Obasanjo, Chimaroke Nnamani, justice Stanley Nnaji, the Nigerian police, the Enugu court in his 2nd attempt to remove Ngige from office? Why did Obasanjo remove Ngige�s police protection? In spite of court order to restore the governor�s police protection, Obasanjo through his minister of injustice
Mr. Olujinmi interpreted the court order to suit
Obasanjo�s interest. The state governor moved
about for over a year without police protection while a common criminal, a robber, a moral morose and a school
dropout Chris Uba
moves about by over 50 mobile police men provided by and paid for by Obasanjo.
Now the recent invasion and destruction
of lives and properties in Anambra State was sponsored by Mr. Olusegun Obasanjo. It is as incontrovertible as it is incontestable. Obasanjo has been squandering Nigeria�s resources junketing all over the world purporting to be seeking
for peace in Dafur
and Ivory Coast, just to impress the United State to help him keep the power, while he has been unleashing violence
in Igbo land and could even guarantee peace in his own country.
Has Obasanjo condemned the action of the hoodlums?
Hell no. Why now giving Gov Ngige
a limited police security? Why did the Nigeria�s police in Awka
and Onitsha give the hoodlums unchallenged access,
stood by and watched them destroy lives and peoples� properties. What is the purpose of the police? What did police authority do in respect of the statement that
the SSS gave the state police information
regarding the destructions? These are part and parcel of Obasanjo�s war against Igbos. His sole aim being to use Nigeria�s security apparatus to cow Igbos. Mr. President this can only be in the make for a few years remaining in your biological life. I
do not think that while you defy Nd�Igbo with your use and abuse of Nigeria�s army, the police, SSS and the judiciary, you will defy
God Almighty and death, the harassment of Ojukwu not withstanding. You will remember that in spite of chief Awolowo�s grand design for Igbos, Nd�Igbo still
out lived him. Obasanjo and his predecessors have already declared the southeast federal non-investment area. As if that
is not enough action, he is now visiting them with violence.
The recent statement from Fani Kayode that Obasanjo�s farm is making 30 million naira monthly is defective and nothing but a design to justify Obasanjo�s corruption and financial misappropriation
of Nigeria�s oil
money which will be probed when he is either thrown out of power either by divine providence or by intuition. What
was the farm making prior to his becoming president? Why was the road leading to the farm not tarred prior to his
presidency? Was it not the federal resources he employed to have the road tarred? If he farm is making 30 million
naira monthly it all means that the farm must feeding the entire country as to be able to sell goods capable of
fetching 30 million naira monthly. There is no doubt Mr. Obasanjo is the most corrupt leader in Nigeria today. He is corrupt morally and materially. He is the Nigeria�s minister of petroleum. He is responsible
for the award of any contract in Nigeria. He is responsible for any decision however minute, political, economical, security wise, and otherwise.
He makes decision before any minister acts. He makes decision for the police on security matters. He makes decision
for the army on security matters. He makes decision for the SSS
on who to arrest and detain. He has made
Babangida and Sani Abacha
thievery look like rookies. His formerly not doing well sons and daughters are now wearing the late Sani Abacha children�s shoes. His sons and daughters are now controlling the nations economic and financial concerns using
Obasanjo�s influence. They are now international
businessmen and women lifting and dropping oil.
No wonder all the oil concern in Nigeria today is yorubanized. All his corruption is being condoned
by the USA as long as he protects the oil flow to service US economic interest. Fortunately for
Obasanjo Nigeria has no legislature or through his
control of the army, the police, the SSS
and the judiciary, he was able to manipulate the façade of 2003 that made all the election losers to return
as Nigeria�s senators and House of representatives. The resultant effect being that the majority of these members of Nigeria�s shadow representatives could not
and would not oppose his actions even if he violates the nation�s constitution, because they lack credibility and
courage which they did not derive from Nigerians. How can a president travel out of the country for more than 193
times in one year without the national assembly to question the waste of the national resources? He has been able
to manipulate his way into flooding the yorubas with private universities, by having Dr. Borishade as education minister in his first term and Dr. Peter Okebukola as the NUC chairman. With this, all his flanks were covered. He is going to establish a private university,
a sitting president with national resources, yet Nigeria supposed to have a legislature. What is the definition of corruption? Why is he angry over the
rating of Nigeria as one of the most corrupt nation in the universe?
If a president by constitutional provision,
is supposed to maintain peace and order in all the federated unit, use the national resources to provide the citizens
with good and services, protect Nigeria and Nigerians from both internal and external aggressions, provide the
citizens the opportunity to strive to free them selves from hunger, disease and abject want, instead resort to
economic and political manipulation of the national resources
for his own use, use and abuse the national security apparatus to witch haunt, harass and intimidate
the very citizens he is constitutionally bound to protect and sponsor the security out fit to destabilize one of
the component unit, con-don the massacre of a tribe, con-don the assassination of political opponents, violate
the constitution with impunity, then it makes sense for the international community to see Nigeria as one of the
most corrupt nation in the world.
One interesting thing about Nigeria is that the country is very famous
in revenge politics. In other words, whoever comes after his predecessor will eventually get his own pound of flesh. No matter the relationship. So what
Obasanjo, his children and the yorubas are doing to the Nigerian nation,
her security apparatus, and her national resources will be visited on them no matter how long he intends to stay
in power, no matter who he hands over by crook or hook. He has projected that corruption infested illiterate called
Ibrahim Mantu. Mantu
is Obasanjo�s mole in the senate and as a Moslem
minority in a Christian State, he is prepared to do anything to
support Obasanjo for his very survivability. Does one wonder why Mantu�s face is in all the Obasanjo grand designs? Be it constitutional review committee, or Palliative panel to cushion the effect
of negative administration. How can an illiterate chair a constitutional panel to review a country�s flawed constitution when there are many intellectuals
and lawyers in the senate as against a plumber who did not pass the basic elementary knowledge in education? Because that bulge
and immoral rascal does not give a damn about Nigeria and Nigerians. He is angry and still has the ex-convict hangover. But time will tell.
