Obasanjo's "Broadcast" on
War Declaration on Igbos

Fellow Nigerians, I, Emperor
Olusegun Obasanjo, the Balogun of Owu, the great Nigerian despot, the greatest tyrant Nigerians will ever know,
today Friday September 10, 2004 declare a full scale war over the territory of the people who call themselves igbos.
Events of the past few weeks have been daunting and challenging. Two ships that were seized for smuggling Nigeria�s
oil under the watchful eyes of the Nigeria navy escaped unchallenged on the Nigerian waters. The Zamfara governor
has just declared Zamfara schools no go areas for Nigerians that are non-indigenes of Zamfara. Now the northern
senators have just assembled in Sokoto planning to wrestle power from me. On August 26, 2004, a group of harmless
igbos known as MASSOB urged igbos to stay at home to demonstrate their feelings towards national conspiracy and
marginalization. It was obeyed by the igbos. Before then, their agitation was marginalization. Now the agitation
is president of Nigerian in 2007. Igbos should know that their marginalization is a policy of Nigerian government.
Igbos should also know that they are not Nigerians.
How can people who are not Nigerians agitate for the president of Nigeria? In view of all these, I have ordered
my A-G and the minister of injustice Mr. Innocent Olujimi to declare MASSOB a rebel organization. I have

also ordered Alhaji Mustapha Balogun the head of my private police to get his boys spread throughout Nigeria and
arrest igbos whether they are in social function, churches, funeral services or market places, so we can charge
them for treason and detain them indefinitely. I have ordered col. Kayode Are (retd.) to detail his boys from igbo
extraction to harass and insult Ojukwu before his arrest and execution. My field commanders are carrying out my
orders accordingly. Just 6 months ago, I ordered Alhaji Yagudu to shut down Slok airline. You all are aware that
some years back, I ordered Mr. Joseph Sanusi to shut down Savannah bank. My field boys under the command of Alhaji
Balogun some time last year snuffed life out of Chuba Okadigbo. Before him were James Ajibola Ige, Harry Marshall,
Dikibo and several others.
Ladies and gentle men, I have been wanting to handle igbos the Odi and Zaki Biam way, when I thought that by destabilizing
Anambra State, the opportunity would present it self for a total assault on igbos. The Okija shrine presented a
tempting action, but it appears Okija shrine resister contains names of many prominent non-igbos. I declared this
war in April 19, 2003, but there was northern interference in the name of Mohammadu Buhari. You are all aware that
on the selection of 419, 2003 the APGA won all the southeast States, but I ordered Abel Guobadia to overturn all
the elections in the southeast in favor of PDP because I did not want Ojukwu to enjoy his popularity among his
igbo people. I specifically instructed Guobadia to monitor the selections all over Nigeria because igbos are every
where and are capable of electing Ojukwu into the presidency. I will not live to see that happen.
Nigerians, you know that igbos do not have army, the navy, the airforce nor the police, but they are capable of
using their brain and brawn to remove me from power. Intelligence reports from the battle field, indicate
that the war is going according to plan. I have been informed that my police have arrested many igbo boys in Abuja
and Lagos and qualified them as MASSOB members. I have instructed the director of prisons to build more prisons
because there will be more igbos that will be arrested and will be held for a very long time. After all I have
held Bamayi, James Danbaba, Hamza Mustapha and many others for over 5 years and Haven has not fallen on me. I have
declared the southeast States federal non-investment areas.
I have perfected an act of using igbos and dumping them. I am an angry man. I am so angry at igbos that they could
not demonstrate nor riot when Abacha incarcerated me. I was incarcerated for 4 years. Why should igbos agitate
for Nigerian president when they are not Nigerians. The only Nigerians I know all my life are the Hausas, the Fulanis
and the Yorubas. The Lantangs, the Tivs, Ibibios, Efiks, Kalabaris, Ijaws, Edos are all for buffer zones. They
tend to whoever can give them appointments. They will always do what I say, exactly the way I say it because I
am fighting a successful war against igbos. I have eliminated all my real and potential oppositions. I am now very
powerful. I control the army, the police the DMI, the SSS. The navy and the airforce are just for armed forces
population. Now the Hausas and Fulanis will have to bear with me for another 5 years after the year 2007, because
I will need 5 more years after the 2007 to finish igbos.
I have already ordered Adolphus Wabara to destroy the NLC because it was the only remaining opposition against
my tyrannical rule. Nigerians, you will remember that I vowed some time ago that I would fight igbos to a point
where they would never point their fingers on any Nigerian. I don�t know why the north is not happy with me. I
have been fighting the war for them. When they were killing the igbos in Kaduna and Kano, I allowed them to kill
as many as they could before I intervened. I have tried on two occasions to destabilize Anambra State to enable
me declare a total war, but the field police commissioners were not too keen in carrying the order since the death
of AIG Ige. He must have been a victim of Okija deity.
Fellow Nigerians, I will continue to give you the situation reports as the events unfold. I will for now forget
about my despotic rule on
Nigerians and concentrate on destroying igbos so they would not agitate for the president of the country they
are not part of. This way it will be easy for the north to succeed me after the year 2012. In no distant time I
may declare a dusk to dawn curfew all over the southeast States when I arrest and detain Ojukwu.
Fellow countrymen and women, I am anticipating that after arresting and detaining Ojukwu, there may be a guerrilla
attack against me by igbos everywhere in the world even in the UK and USA. In view of this anticipation, I am making
solid planning on how to get Ojukwu arrested. Right now I am in consultation with many African countries because
I am not only the president of Nigeria, but also the president of Africa. You can see why I am harboring Charles
Taylor another assassin from Africa. I will continue to shelter any assassin from Africa because I am also an assassin
and may one day be sheltered by another African assassin.
Fellow Nigerians, I may not need your prayer, because I do not believe in God. Devil has taken all over me. When
I am sleeping, all I think is devil. Even in my dreams, all I dream is about devil. Even the clothes I wear smell
of devil. So in place of prayer, all I ask is 5 more years after 2007.
Long live federal republic of Nigeria. Long live Hausas and Yorubas. Long live tyranny and despotism. Good night.
