Justice According to the Vindictive Witch of Aso Rock

by SpinCity Spinoza --- The amala scientists are at it again. Their drums of injustice are again beating mercilessly against Atiku Abubaka, the Vice President of Nigeria. A few months ago, the same drums sounded furiously with Yoruba fists of fury, invoking all kinds and patterns of iambic voodoologies to effect their trance possession on anybody who disagreed with their blatant injustice on the Constitution of Nigeria.

They are at it again. Their deception demons are at work again. Their sound is again deafening, and the variegated tribes in Nigerian are again at the middle of their shameless ceremonial magic and sophistical sorcery. In the past, their slogan was One Nigeria according to their messiah. Today, their slogan has become Justice for Nigeria according to their messiah. But Justice has nothing to do with devilish sorceries and tribal psychosis. Justice obeys the laws, treats everybody equitably, and harms no innocent citizen with impunity.

For Nigeria to exist as One, there must be justice for all. You cannot have justice for all if one man continues to trample upon the instruments of justice. If the chief law enforcer continues to behave as if he is above the laws of Nigeria, then there can never be justice for anybody in Nigeria, including Atiku or you and me. Atiku may be your comfortable victim today. Tomorrow, it may be your turn to suffer the same injustice at the hands of the same vindictive and lawless chief.

Justice demands equity because without equity there is no remedy and without remedy there will be no justice. If Atiku is corrupt, so is your messiah. If your messiah is corrupt, so are his children, wives, concubines, Ahmadu Ali, Chris Uba, Adedibu, Anenih, and thousands of his killers in SSS and police forces. Justice requires that the laws of Nigeria be equitably applied to them all. If you must prosecute Atiku, you must prosecute them all. If Atiku must be prosecuted today, they all must be prosecuted today. Anything less is injustice and sorcery.

If a citizen of Nigeria has harmed the interests of the peoples of Nigeria, then he or she must be prosecuted by the laws of Nigeria. This is Mill’s Harm Principle as delineated in his “On Liberty”. So long as a man or woman is not harming any other person in the society, he or she must be left alone by the government because the government has no authority to abridge the liberty of a harmless citizen. This is the undeniable foundation of all laws under all democratic arrangements. The principle requires that all offenders be dealt with swiftly and justly, because by not doing so you would have harmed both the interests of the offenders and the interests of the society. The only purpose for which a lawful body such as the National Assembly can justly and rightfully exercise the power of punishment over any citizen of Nigeria, against his will, is to remedy past harms or to prevent future harms to other citizens of Nigeria. To use the power of the Nigeria government to censor or obstruct any individual from giving expression to his wishes and ideas will likely come back and HARM Nigeria, for as the wind blows, so do the views of justice/injustice and today's 'just' ideas will become tomorrow’s 'unjust ideas' and the censors/obstructers would likely become the censored/obstructed.

Can you honestly and in good conscience claim that Obasanjo is not a thief and a murderer? Can you claim that Bola Ige was not murdered by Obasanjo and his thugs? If you can not prosecute the crime against the Attorney General of Nigeria, then you have no rights to claim that another citizen of Nigeria has harmed the interests of the people of Nigeria. If Obasanjo can be allowed to enjoy an unlimited capacity and power to satisfy his egotistical cravings of harming all his enemies with the instruments of the Nigeria State, then you have no legal or moral basis to administer punishment to any other Nigerian. If Obasanjo should be allowed to continue to use Nigeria resources for his own private ambitions at the expense of the starving masses in Nigeria, then you must not hound any other citizen of Nigeria for whatever reason.

We are all predisposed to doing things that would satisfy our personal interests and desires. The rules of justice require that we generally do things that will promote the interests of the society in which we live because doing so helps to satisfy our own individual interests. By helping to maintain functional roads and schools and hospitals in our society, we are therein helping our own individual interests. If Obasanjo must be allowed to use our God-given resources to satisfy his own personal interests in his private libraries, private universities, and private farms, then you must not waste your time looking into his personal vendetta against his own personal enemies. But if you must allow the man the pleasure of satisfying his over-bloated ego and the interests of the people in his immediate environment while prosecuting other Nigerians, then you must know that you have unleashed war of all against all; every Nigerian has the same God-given power and equal capacity to harm the next Nigerian; everybody will be in a state of war with everybody else.

This Amala State Must Die!

by SpinCity Spinoza --- There isn’t an amala intellectual or scientist who does not know the meaning of the current ‘problem’ in Nigeria and how we can rid ourselves of it.

But there is this wired understanding among them that if we can play along together in their amala intellectualism, without questioning their motives, then there will be one united Nigeria at the end of the tunnel. Unfortunately, the current animal state must die for a new objective/non-amala state to emerge for all Nigerians. How does this constitute the current Nigeria problem?

To understand this question properly, we must first understand the meaning of amala/animal state and how it differs from an objective state of affairs. But to be able to place the issues in proper perspective, we must first deal with a more general question, usually posed by normal scientists: What is a ‘problem’?

According to non-amala scientists, a useful definition of the word ‘problem’ consists of three parts. The first part is a well-defined original state. The second component is an objective state, which is the goal of the whole exercise. The third and final part is the missing gap between the original state and the objective state.

Now, true scientists caution of potential mistakes that may becloud your judgment and help to render the original task unworkable and fruitless. According to non-amala scientists, you must notice something conspicuously wanting in the preceding definition. Nowhere does the definition say that the original state must love or hate the other components or that a given component must dance according the tunes dictated by the other two parts. Second, non-amala scientists warn that if you are trying to solve a problem and no solution seems to exist, then you must look at your definitions of the original and objective states; there must be something wrong with formulations.

If the definitions are truncated or biased or laden with unnecessary words and ideological brambles, then you may be dealing with the wrong missing gap. So, you will have to go back to the formulations and try as hard as possible to come up with other well-formulated definitions. Once the original state and the objective state are properly identified and defined, then the right solution will appear.

Now, let’s return to our overriding question: What is the Nigeria problem? According to normal/rational scientists, the problem of Nigeria is not discoverable in the original and objective states, but in what must be done to locate the missing gap. If you know the original state and the objective state without a certain understanding of what constitutes the missing gap, you will not be able to discover a solution.

Therefore, the missing gap is your original quandary, your original problem. In fact, real scientists equate the word ‘problem’ with the missing gap. If you discover the missing gap, your ‘problem’ would have been resolved, because it will lead you from the original state to the objective state. In a sense, the missing gap is your overall problem, the reason why an imbalance existed in the first place.

Therefore, the Nigeria problem is not Obasanjo. It is not Buhari or Kalu or Atiku or IBB either. It is not the constitution of Nigeria or Mantu or members of the House or Senate. It is not even the members of the terrorist SSS or the tons of money squandered in bribing many dishonest/unpatriotic goons. To discover the missing gap, think of the current amala/animal state (the original state) and the objective state of law and order. The missing gap is what must be done to bridge the gap between this current amala state and the objective stable state. Once this task or group of tasks is performed, the amala state dies. It must die, by necessity and by the very scientific definition of what constitute the Nigeria problem, for Nigerians to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

General Obasanjo: You are an Autocrat, not a Democrat

by SpinCity Spinoza --- In two separate media interviews in the United States, General Obasanjo told Americans and the world that he is not a manipulator, but a democrat.

The exact statement by General Obasanjo is as follows: “I am not a manoeuverer, I am not a manipulator. I am a democrat.” General Obasanjo must be thinking that the world is as dumb as he is. Misappropriating the meaning of a democrat to disguise his actions and policies in Nigeria must be meant to buy the influence and approval of his real masters. General Obasanjo must be in the opinion that he can deceive the entire world the way he deceives his own people in Nigeria. General Obasanjo, you are not a democrat, but an autocrat, simply because your words, actions, and policies at home are inconsistent with the ideals of democracy. Explain to your hosts how your utterances in Nigeria fall within the parameters of democracy. Or explain to them how your actions in public matters fall within the realm of democracy.

General Obasanjo, I seriously doubt if you really know the definition of a democrat. If your hosts in the media outlets had requested for a definition of a democrat, I am 100% certain that you would have struggled with the definition as you struggled with the definition of genocide in connection to Sudan. Your distorted ideas and concepts have led to thousands of unnecessary deaths in Nigeria exactly the same way your truncated understanding of genocide has led to thousands of deaths in Sudan. Since this essay is not about Sudan, let’s concentrate on Nigeria.

Recall your words to the families who lost their loved ones in Lagos military explosion. Even though the families were in distress, you were callous to their pains. Recall your reference to Adedibu as a force to reckon with in Oyo politics. Although the man was involved in the deaths of three innocent Nigerians in Ibadan, you refused to demand accountability for the lost lives. Remember your words when Anambara crisis began. You referred to the illegality as a crisis in morality. Each of these crises called for a democratic empathy, but you chose to show autocratic wickedness. Each crisis was manufactured by lawless thugs, but you showed your calculated coldness to the dead simply because the illegal activities were designed and implemented by your lawless agents. Your agents responsible for these crimes are yet to be prosecuted because of your intransigent and autocratic manipulations. Your words in connection to their illegal activities were careful distortions meant to subvert the ideals of democracy for Nigerians. But you are telling your hosts that you are neither a manipulator nor an autocrat. Why lie? Why deceive your masters? Why not tell them the truth about your true nature? Did you lie to them too about your actions in connection to your ferocious third-term activities in Nigeria?

No true democrat has ever openly condoned or praised the rubbishing of the rule of law in his nation. A true democrat does not withhold national security information from his citizens while at the same time sharing the information with foreigners. A true democrat, in the same strategic era as you are and with the same strategic opportunity as you have, would have used the historical opportunity to define the strategic direction of his nation via the use of legal institutions. A true democrat would have considered the actions of Uba and Adedibu as serious threats to democracy; he would have swiftly used the established courts to deal with such blatant disregard for an orderly social arrangement.

Instead, you freely and conscientiously chose to become enmeshed in destructive utterances that helped to inflam the situations. And by doing so, you had hoped to position yourself for the illegal services obtainable from the repugnant characters involved. By allowing your ego to overshadow your reason, you became caught up in self-serving ideas and manipulations, mutually harmful to you and to all Nigerians under your care.

Your distorted conceptions about democracy are also consistent with your actions in and out of Nigeria. No democrat takes a refuge in rubbishing the rule of law in his nation because democracy can not exist in his nation without the rule of law. Your refusal to obey the rulings of the Supreme Court of Nigeria is undemocratic and manipulative. Your involvement in the current attempt to rubbish the constitution of Nigeria by Mantu’s committee is undemocratic and manipulative. In both verifiable instances, your motivation was not the interests of the nation, but simply to service your narrow personal interests at the expense of the wider national interests. Your actions and inactions in and out of Nigeria have immensely contributed to the destruction of democratic ideals for Nigeria.

You cannot deny the above charges by shifting blames to Mantu or by blaming the members of the court because you are responsible for providing the strategic direction of the nation. Your strategic direction for Nigeria has been slouching towards one man’s autocratic rule in which your thugs control the strategic political events at your own personal service. This was why you reinstalled Chris Uba in a strategic position in PDP to continue his illegal activities against the will of the people of Nigeria. Similarly, you praised Adedibu to high heavens because doing so will enlist his illegal activities in your next fraudulent election schemes. But no true democrat employs such criminals as agents of political change.

Also, no democrat arbitrarily enacts policies to benefit his friends and family members at the expense of the majority of his people. You single-handedly liquidated the Nigerian Airways and employed your in-laws from Britain in your Virgin Atlantic policy. This policy obviously harms the interests of Nigerians and benefits your in-laws in Britain.

Further, you claim to be a productive farmer, with your farm reportedly earning $25,000 per month. Yet, Nigerians are starving to death due to lack of affordable food items. A true democrat would have used his productive farming techniques and experiences to feed his own citizens because no hungry man can reasonably engage in productive thoughts.

Your self-induced crises in Oyo and Anambara state, your airline policy, and your agricultural activities show an autocrat who makes all policy decisions that harm the interests of Nigerians. Yet, you want the world to believe that you are a democrat. You employ criminal thugs to extract obedience from your masses by force, intimidation, and murder. Yet, you inform the outside world that you are a democrat.

General Obasanjo, you may be a democrat to your masters, but you are not a democrat in your own home. A dignified democrat does not seek conformity and approval from outside his boundaries for policies within his home. A self-respecting democrat does not seek consensus from foreigners to enslave his own citizens.

A true democrat tries to gain consensus by listening to all sides in his native land under his own laws. A true democrat listens to his home opponents, to his home enemies, to his home citizens, to his home legislators, to his home judiciary, to his home courts, to his native laws and public opinion. A patriotic democrat does not consider honest disagreements in his home land as disloyalty to democratic processes.

To a tyrant, every productive opposition is a threat to the throne that must be fought by digging deeper and deeper into a detached enclave of lawlessness. But a patriotic democrat seeks answers from all sides at home before selling his soul to foreign lands for foreign crumbs. A patriotic democrat will never go out of his way to seek the wrong answers from imperialistic corners of the globe to justify predetermined decisions intended to achieve predetermined personal ambitions, especially when the predetermined decisions would plunge his nation into a deadly civil war.

Obasanjo's Earth-Shattering Achievements: 1999-2006

by SpinCity Spinoza --- If you want to know the health of an entire nation, you do not go to the nation's psychiatric wards or to its hospitals. Instead, you count the number of babies born in a particular period, usually in one year. Then you count the number of those babies that die within the same year.

This is how infant mortality rate is measured. Infant mortality rate gives the overall health of a nation. Has Nigeria improved significantly in her overall health under your King Messiah?

GDP Per Capita is also an important measure. It tells you how much each individual in a nation would have if all the values produced in the economy are totaled and divided among the entire population. How did your OBJ perform in improving the GDP Per Capita under the increasing oil prices?

A dead man or woman has no freedom to enjoy, no home and car as properties. Life must first exist for one to enjoy liberty of expression or liberty of education. Life expectancy is very important for human beings because if you are dead nothing else matters. Has Nigeria gone backward or forward under King God of Yoruba Land in life expectancy and why?

These are serious quantifiable questions!!! Either you have what it takes to produce results or you don't. If you do, show us how and where. If you don't, then stop deceiving yourselves and go back to your "intellectual" vacuum in your own corner of the Nigeria jungles of retards and bastards.

Are You Winning the Deceptiion Game? Not Necessarily!

by SpinCity Spinoza --- If only the current administration and its champions are interested in justice and in developing Nigeria, or in keeping the nation united as one Nigeria, then those who defend their actions and inactions would have a leg to stand on; they could point out what the present administration has done to forestall the present mayhems in Nigeria; how and when Femi-Kayode came out in his usual combative mode to criticize and caricature the use of violence and murder as the only means of political protest.

But you will never find any such productive criticism or action from the present administration and its supporters because the present mayhems and conflicts are their own purposeful designs and productions; the violence and senseless loss of lives, confined to only the North and the East, are the products of the monsters intended to distract the public from their illegal tribal ambitions.

As we speak, their terrorist State Security Service (SSS) and police forces are busy arresting innocent Nigerians and charging them with terrorism; the former Speaker of Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Boye Layefa Bedekeme, was arrested and hauled to Obasanjo’s gulag on an alleged charge of funding terrorism. Recall that Boye Layefa Bedekeme is the same patriot who refused to cave into their illegal pressure to illegally impeach Alamieyeseigha. They were able to illegally impeach Alamieyeseigha by first forcibly impeaching Boye Layefa Bedekeme as the speaker of the State House.

A similar injustice happened on two separate occasions a few days ago. It occurred when more than 500 terrorist policemen were used to squash the lawful gathering of politicians from Niger Delta. A second occurrence was in Katsina when the same terrorist policemen shot and killed some innocent citizens who were demonstrating the illegal intention of mutilating the constitution to service the narrow interests of the Yoruba Hitler.

The obvious parallel is there. While many Nigerians are being murdered by the concocted riots, the present Yoruba Hitler and his thugs are busy looking for credible political opponents perceived as standing in their way to perpetual occupation of Nigeria. Therefore, Nigerian masses are being terrorized by those who are entrusted with the power to protect and to service the interests of the entire nation.

Several questions are in order now: Why should Nigerians continue to surrender their lives to this murderous administration? If Nigerian masses can no longer gain protection from the members of the current government, why should they continue to obey and to surrender their God-given rights to such a tyrannical administration?

Every government is founded on the need of the members to gain protection from the savaging instincts of human nature. Because each individual needs and requires such a protection from himself and from others, the institutions of government were created to procure these needs. This is the basis of all governments, whether democratic or monarchic. If the protective function exists, then there is an effective government. If there is an effective government, then the lives and properties of all citizens are secured and safe. Once life and property are no longer safe, then there is no more protection.

The Yoruba Hitler and his fanatical thugs and supporters are in the contrary opinion that the current dysfunctional state of affairs in Nigeria serves them well. But they are dead wrong. The protective function of the government is a self-interested function that serves every member of the society, including the rulers and the ruled. Every instance of dysfunctionality therefore harms the interests of all. But because of their short-sighted congenital tendency, which they have failed again and again to alter, Obasanjo and his clan of thugs have once more preferred to pursue immediate transitory pleasure at the expense of more expansive distant advantages associated with the protective function of an effective government. That this course of action is massively short-sighted and disadvantageous to Hitler Obasanjo and his clan of thugs, the following argument is hereby adduced.

The Nigerian government retains its usefulness only if the rules of justice are obeyed by all members of the nation, including the rulers and the ruled. Every instance of violation of such rules harms the interests of every member. If the rules are suspended today so that group A can plunder groups B, C, and D, then the precedent is set for future plundering of every other group. Group A’s plundering harms the interests of groups B, C, and D by depriving these groups of the protective function of the rules of justice. Group A’s plundering also harms the interests of group A because it undermines the benefits of having the rules of justice available for group A. When Abacha and his clan of thugs were busy undermining the rules of justice and plundering everybody’s resources for their own private gains, they were harming both their own interests and the interests of every other group. The coquettish decay they left on their path is available for all to see.

Therefore, all groups need the rules of justice to be enforced both for short-term advantage of protecting every group and for long-term advantage that the rules must be obeyed by every group if the rules are to be of advantage to any group. The Yoruba Hitler and his fanatic thugs and supporters can momentarily suspend the rules so that they can plunder every other group today. It necessarily follows that all groups, including the Yoruba Hitler and his lawless clan of thugs, are set to be plundered by all future plunderers since the benefits of the rules of justice have been effectively undermined.

Therefore, you must be reminded that you are not necessarily winning your game of politics because your “smart” schemes of perfect deception are at least as impracticable as any “smart” scheme of perfect virtue. If you must impose the rules of justice on other groups and never upon yourself and your clan of thugs, then we know that it is in our best interests to freely choose our own leader who will impose the rules of justice upon everybody without exception.

Buhari and Kalu: Do not be Deceived; OBJ is in Free-fall to Illegal Third Term

by SpinCity Spinoza --- Obasanjo is in free-fall to his third term ambition if you allow yourselves to be deceived by his thugs. Every object under the influence of free-fall is not necessarily free of its own will. Instead, there are forces at work, propelling the object to some destination. General Obasanjo’s destination is his third term ambition, and the forces being used to propel him there are the current instability, violence, and mayhem in Nigeria.

Christianity and Islam are now his chosen vehicles for actualization of his illegal ambition. Therefore, many innocent Nigerians are bound to be the casualties of this illegal scheme. To think otherwise is to fall into the trap of the dubious mind of this dubious monster.

The current moment of instability and mayhem is the reason Uba and Adedibu are the best friends of the monster. Both thugs are now at work, causing religious tensions in many parts of Nigeria so that the selfish Yoruba monster can achieve his third-term ambition.

It is a well-known fact that the monster does not care about the rulings of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. It is also widely known that many important personalities and opponents of the monster have been murdered without adjudication. It is therefore conceivable that the mad man and his lawless thugs are now using religious riots and mayhems to destabilize Nigeria so that the illegal third-term ambition can sell through.

Despotism knows nothing about legalities and human decency, and is, by definition, the absence of established decorum and laws. Despotism in Nigeria today is the presence of illegal power and authority given to several individuals, notably Uba and Adedibu, to ferment destabilizing riots and bone-chilling mayhems capable of actualizing their intended illegal occupation of the nation. Since the inception of the present administration under the present mad men, despotism has been everywhere and in everything they touch. Every policy, every action, and every move they make has despotism written on it.

Their objective is not to develop Nigeria or to care for our people. Their leading despot has been given ample time to prove that he does not care about the growth and unity of the nation. His only objective is to prove that he is the Messiah sent by Allah to rule Nigeria as he sees fit. He has left enough destruction in his trails. The rule of law has been effectively incapacitated by his careful calculations. Since the laws of Nigeria mean nothing to the monster and his thugs, the constitution of Nigeria is perceived as an impediment to his illegal third term ambition.

In all human societies where human life has value, all citizens know what to expect from one another because laws control and constrain human behavior and empower individuals as they contribute to the social order. In Obasanjo’s Nigeria, the contrary is the case; human life has no value because there is no law to define and constrain human actions. Anybody and anything can be murdered so long as they stand in the path of his personal ambition or so long as doing so can help to actualize such an ambition.

In all democratic arrangements, the presence of laws means the presence of rules of action, prescribed by a legitimate authority invested with competent power and rights to apply the laws. The authority is legitimate because it is instituted by a documented and popular consensus. The power and rights are competent because they are invested in respectful and respected body of wise men. These two conditions are present in all democratic governments of the human world.

In Nigeria today, both conditions are wanting because one mad man thinks and acts as if the state is his private organization. The courts of Nigeria, as the competent authority to interpret and to apply the laws of Nigeria, mean nothing to him because he is the strategic Jesus of Yoruba Land, sent by God to liberate some ignorant goats. Under the Hitler of Yoruba Land, everything is done from his arbitrary whims and commands. Hence intimidation, violence, brutality, and murder are the accepted ways of discharging the daily business of the masses of goats. All credible oppositions are quickly hauled to their graves or to his personal gulags.

It is therefore not beyond the wicked mindset of this wicked traitor and his lawless thugs to use religious riots as the motivating force for keeping Nigerians locked up in their homes so that the constitution of Nigeria can be freely mutilated to actualize the illegal third term ambition of the despotic monster. If Nigerians are frightened to death by religious riots; if mayhems and instability are unleashed on the streets of Nigeria; if our masses are turned against each other, how can they be able to plan for the future of Nigeria? How can they forestall the impending illegalities on the constitution of Nigeria? If General Obasanjo and his thugs, with the terrorist police forces behind them, are allowed to intimidate and frighten our masses into submission to this illegal third-term ambition, then Nigeria is on the way to disintegration. They can freely and lawlessly fall to their third-term destination, but what happens afterwards will be unheard-off in the annals of human history. They can use illegal force, murder, and mayhems to destabilize the nation so that they may perpetuate themselves in office.

But they must know that we, the people, also retain our God-given rights to use any means necessary and available to retake our country. If the blood of our children and fathers and mothers is necessary to propel you to your illegal personal destination, then your blood and the blood of your children and grand children and mothers and fathers must be spilled to dethrone you from your pedestals of lawlessness and murder and mayhems.
