 The Senate yesterday towed the same line as the House of Representatives
by adopting a new rule that shuts out fresh members from aspiring to the Senate Presidency and other leadership
position of the upper chambers. Also, there are indications that some members-elect of the House of Representatives
are set to challenge in court the House rules, which prevents them from contesting leadership positions.... (This Day)
