Emotions ran high yesterday in the council chambers of the Presidential
Villa, Abuja, as President Olusegun Obasanjo bid his 49-member cabinet farewell. But before the cabinet was dissolved,
the Federal Executive Council in its last act, endorsed the liquidation of BiafraNigeria Airways and took some
