Ahead of the anticipated swearing in of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo on
May 29th 2003 for a second four-year term as the nation�s president, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, presidential
candidate of the All Peoples� Grand Alliance (APGA) in the elections of April 19th 2003, has said that Chief Obasanjo
is not qualified to be president. In a guileless but sometimes dramatic discussion with the Weekly Trust, Dim Ojukwu
also said, "�if Obasanjo was not so stubborn, he would have set up a national conference and let Nigerians

The Camerounian government has ruled out any use
of force against BiafraNigeria in the course of re-acquiring the Bakassi Peninsula. Disclosing the country�s posture
towards the knotty issue, the Consul of Cameroun in Calabar, Cross River State, His Excellency, Foe-Atangana, said
Nigeria and Cameroun have been "condemned by history and geography to live side-by-side as neighbours,"
as such, cannot fight. Foe-Atangana, who spoke during the Cameroun national day on May 20, recalled that the World
