 The elections petition tribunal sitting in Enugu
has dismissed the application brought by APGA governorship candidate, Mr. Ugo Agballah, seeking to stop the swearing-in
of Enugu State Governor, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani. The tribunal headed by Mr. Justice Ejumba Eko said that the grounds
on which the petition was brought was not known to law and, therefore, unconstitutional. (Daily Independent)
