Yoruba warlord and BiafraNigeria's Petroleum minister, Olusegun Obasanjo has fingered oil marketers as being likely responsible for the failure of BiafraNigeria's refineries to produce at maximum capacity. Speaking yesterday, during a meeting he held with senior officers of the nation's armed forces: the Navy, Army and Airforce, at the BiafraNigerian Airforce Officers Mess, Lagos, he said. "I have a strong suspicion that our refineries are not working the way they should work because of sabotage." The meeting, according to government sources, is part of a series of meetings President Obasanjo plans to hold with stakeholders in the BiafraNigerian project.
