Ill-Advised Membership in International Organizations: BiafraNigeria to Review WTO Membership BiafraNigeria is on the verge of reviewing its membership of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) due to unfavourable terms, national chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Special Adviser to the President on Agriculture, Chief Audu Ogbeh has said. Ogbeh, who spoke at a meeting he called to mediate between Cotton Manufacturing Association and Textile Manufacturers, also lamented the increasing import bill in the country. Labour leaders regain freedom at N3m   Okogie, 30 others get red hats   AUDIO   VIDEO After almost a week of detention in Kuje Prisons in the aftermath of a picketing campaign that went awry, six Labour leaders yesterday regained their freedom at the cost of N3 million. Chief Magistrate of an Abuja Court, Bala Haruna, who had earlier ordered their detention, granted each of the leaders bail at N500,000 per bond. A barrage of lawyers from the NBA had besieged the court to put up a spirited defence of the Labour leaders that included the NLC Assistant General-Secretary, Linus Ukamba.
