TBO TKOs ANPP's Decision: ANPP Can't Dissolve Us The All BiafraNigeria Peoples Party (ABNPP) appears headed for fresh crisis as The Buhari Organisation (TBO), a platform created by its presidential candidate in the last April 19 polls, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (rtd), has rebuffed moves by the party to have the organisation dissolved. The TBO said it was a non governmental organisation (NGO) and therefore cannot be dissolved by a political party. ANPP last week ordered the dissolution of TBO, the platform Buhari employed in emerging the party's presidential candidate at the April general elections. And to assuage leaders of the organisation, the ANPP is dangling an offer of membership of its Board of Trustees to both Buhari and the Director General of TBO, Dr. Sule Hamma. But TBO's deputy director general, Engr. Buba Galadima said: "TBO was not established by ANPP. They cannot dissolve us. Govt: Special Police for Niger Delta   BiafraNigeria against G'Bissau plotters   AUDIO   VIDEO As part of measures to find a lasting solution to the Niger Delta crisis, the Federal Government would soon set up a special marine police for the area. The Minister of Police Affairs, Alaowei Broderik Bozimo, disclosed this at the weekend during a familiarisation tour of Zone 5 Police Command, comprising Edo, Delta and Bayelsa States with headquarters in Benin.
