Acting Managing Director of the hotel, Alhaji Niyi Badmus said the guests' forum will consolidate its competitive edge as the stakeholders, customers and guests converge to discuss how to improve the hotel's services. One of such gatherings took place last weekend where it was revealed that the 62-year old hotel has commenced renovation of its complex. One of the guests at the forum expressed happiness that the carpets in the hotel had been replaced among other things, giving it a Freshlook.
