Idris Commended over Projects Kogi From Yinka Kolawole in Lokoja Governor Ibrahim Idris of Kogi State has been commended for his developmental efforts to make life more meaningful to the people of Kotonkarfe Local Government area of the state. Speaking yesterday on the state government's efforts to return life to the area, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media Affairs, Hon. Abdulra-haman Wuya, stressed that the area has got its fair share of political representation. He remarked that apart from political appointment, government has been able to construct blocks of classroom in the eleven wards, while four standard transformers to boost electricity supply in Kotonkarfe and Jegu communities were provided. The Special Assistant noted that government of Kogi State has also completed and commissioned the inherited cottage hospital in the area with adequate supply of facilities for the cottage hospitals. Wuya, who reiterated his community's determination to support the present government, added that all civil servants in the state would soon benefit from government's welfarist programmes.
