Over the years, Rao Investment Property Company Limited (of Eleganza fame) has developed a niche for turning out top of the rack luxury accommodations, which are unique in their own class. They seem to understand the cravings of the rich and have continued to provide them with exclusive homes that could easily pass for living haven.
The credo of the famed developers has been to provide ultimate satisfaction for the ever demanding cream of the Lagos society. Interestingly, the more this select class asks for, the more they get in return from Rao.
Their latest effort is Eleganza Estate. It is a high class luxury development that comprises well structured luxury apartments, villas and duplexes.
