The development came as the House of Representatives also began its investigation into an alleged misapplication of N10.72 billion accruing to the coffers of the National Automotive Council Levy Account. In a meeting with the House of Representatives Committee on Finance yesterday, the Minister of Finance, Mrs. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala said: "We have made money available for every ministry that wants to execute its programmes." The minister said that the President had advised that the ministry should work in close collaboration with the National Assembly in drawing up the budget.
