If Obikwelu says he is a Nigerian let him carry his Nigerian nationality with the national flag with him wherever he goes. If he wins a medal, which country does the glory go to The country that takes his medal glory should be his nation of citizenship and he should be referred to as such. If Obikwelu wants to be called a Nigerian, nothing should have made him to take up Portuguese nationality. The culture of a man is in the language he speaks. You cannot be speaking Igbo language and be living the life of a Chinese man. This should make those in diaspora to know how they present themselves. Joel Okereafor, Abuja.
