Osun LGSC Boss Sues for Peace From Hammed Shittu in Osogbo Chairman, Osun State Local Government Service Commission (LGSC), Chief Olufemi Omotara, has called on career officers and political office holders in the 30 local government council areas to close ranks and work for peace and progress. Omotara disclosed this in Osogbo while addressing directors and senior officers on the 30 local government council areas. He said the continue cordiality between the groups would go a long way, to enhance productivity which could boost the development of all the councils in the state. Omotara added that the career officers and political office holders should shun back-biting and side-talks so as to enable them councils move forward. He noted that "the expectation of the electorate are numerous and the only way to cater for them is to come together and work for the progress of the grassroots." While stating that the commission world not rest on its oars at providing training and re-training of staff, Omofara said such would equip them to provide good governance for the people.
