Niger Assembly Probes Tornadoes The days of the Suleiman David-led management committee may be numbered after a five-man panel set up to supervise of payment of the players' signing-on fees discovered large scale discrepancies in the books presented by the management. The committee headed by the chairman house committee on sports in the Niger State House of Assembly, Honou-rable Abdullahi Mohammed Dwafu, said it uncovered wide spread discrepancies in the actual money collected by some of the players. Speaking to kickoffnigeria.com in Minna, Dwafu disclosed that his committee discovered sharp differences between the amount paid by the management to the players and real figure they were expected to get. Although the committee chairman did not disclose the actual amount involved, the report suggested that this may have been going on for several years.
