Policy Failures Blamed on Dearth of Experts From Agaju Madugba in Kaduna Institute of Corporate Resource Management has blamed some of the policy failures on the dearth of skilled professional corporate resource managers. Director of Programmes and Administration, Pastor Mac-Hetz, spoke yesterday at a seminar and inauguration of the Institute's branch in Kaduna. According to him, "the institute seeks to create distinct status and versatility for resource managers. This inspired experts to sit down and midwife a body that will tap the expert ideas of each profession and fuse them together, for an enhanced performance". Mac-Hctz listed some other statutory objectives of the institute to include the provision of a platform for improvement of resource management practice and technique, among others. In his paper titled, " Prudent stress management, a veritable tool for corporate growth", the chief medical officer at the Federal College of Education (FCE), Zaria, Dr. Lionel Jackreece, said high level of stress could lead to psychological and physical disorders.
