Banking Reform: Fortune Bank Customers to Benefit The management of Fortune International Bank Plc has reiterated its readiness for the new phase of banking that will emerge from the ongoing consolidation of the banking subsector. These reforms, according to a statement from the bank, will create very huge advantage for Fortune Bank's teeming customers to increase their capacity. The bank, within the week said that it has been following events in the economy closely since the last three years and, has gradually positioned itself to the respond of emerging developments in the system even at a very short notice. It also noted that the management has in place some dependable skills as well as resources to absorb the anticipated fallouts that have been reminiscent of decadent economies like ours. While explaining the bank's position on the current demands in the economy, the management noted that Fortune Bank ranks between the 20 top most banks that owns the highest shareholders' fund, stressing that the position offers the bank a market leader status in a market of about 89 operators, excluding the discount houses and mortgage banks.
