"The book is a veritable advocacy for all that is forthright and mercantile about running Nigerian seaports and maritime facilities, as they are the major gateway into Nigeria's large, sub-regionally dominant, continentally - significant economy. The book made a strong position that through the new reform agenda, there is an ample evidence of installing a veritable playing field for all seaport operators which will usher in the best enabling environment that would pave provided access for their maximum harnessing towards lining Nigeria to the rest of the global economy at a critically beneficial nexus", he stated.
