NTA fuel facts
SIR: The Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) should be commended for the pains it took to inform Nigerians of the prices of petroleum productions in other African countries. However, the exercise only goes to prove the point that the media outfit is just a tool in the hands of the government.
If the above assertion is not true, I kindly plead with the management of NTA to use the same expertise and speed to inform Nigerians of the following: the location and owners of the refineries from which Nigeria imports its petroleum products; the electricity supply record in other African countries; the per capita income and unemployment rate in other African countries, and the indices that determine the pricing of petroleum products in these countries.
In addition, NTA should investigate and inform the deceived and frustrated Nigerian masses despite the pumping of millions of Naira, and promises from the government.
Please, NTA if you can't supply Nigerians with the above information, then stop assaulting our sensibilities with your one sided view.
