MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2004           Boy I Cup: Organisers, clubs to meet today ORGANISERS of the maiden soccer competition tagged �Boy I Cup� will today hold a meeting with the participating teams in Kano. Speaking to Daily Triumph Sports on the preparations, the competition�s chairman, organising committee, Alhaji Bashir Al-Hassan Indabawa (Chidi), explained that the meeting had become necessary in order to deliberate on important issues regarding the smooth execution of the championship. Alhaji Indabawa said that the meeting is expected to hold at the state Football Association (FA�s), Secretariat at Kofar Nassarawa, Kano. He used the opportunity to announce the selected teams to include Dabo Babes, Soccer Strikers, One Touch, Bagauda United and Nancy Babes. The rest are Bank of the North (BONstaff), Ashafa, Good Hope, Admirals United, Zumunta United, Arsenal, City United, All Stars and Nasara United. The sponsor of the competition, Alhaji Adamu Ibrahim, popularly known as Boy I, is expected to be the special guest of honour at the opening ceremony scheduled for December 18 at the Pillars Stadium.
