WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2004           AD commends Supreme Court verdict The AD in Osun state has commended Judges of the Supreme Court over its recent judgment delivered in favour of Lagos state government. In a press release signed by the state secretary of the party, Mr Adewale Afolabi, in Osogbo today added that with the judgement, the judges �rose above board.� He alleged that the decision to withhold the allocation was meant to cripple the administration of Gov. Bola Tinubu �to make it easy to capture Lagos state.�� He called on the federal government to urgently abide by the judgement by releasing the allocations meant for the councils in Lagos state.
