FRIDAY, DECEMBER 17, 2004           Manpower bedrock of devlpt - Kwankwaso MANPOWER has been described as the bedrock for the execution of governmental projects. This was disclosed by Madobi local government council chairman, Alhaji Musa Iliyasu Kwankwaso, while inspecting the on going staff quarters renovation in the area. Kwankwaso further stressed that priorities of his council include among other staff welfare and other fringes benefits. The staff quarters which were abandoned by past administration when completed will accommodate a number of staff and would ease the transportation problem the staff. Similarly the chairman also inspected the onm going rehabilitation of local government secretariat, whose contract the council had awareded and is expected to be completed this month. The secretariat which was in shamble before, is now shiny and more decent. The council chairman then commended the contractor living up to expectation. Similarly he paid visit to Madobi-Rikadawa road to ascertain the level of the project. The chairman urged the contractor to speed up the completion of the project.
