The Minister of Finance, Dr. (Mrs) Ngozi Okonjo is paid in U.S. dollars. Yet, retirees of the Nigerian Railway Corporation are exposed to unbearable penury, destitution and premature death in spite of surplus crude oil profits at our disposal.
