Bishop Okonkwo Soccer Tourney Plays On By Pius Ayinor The 2004 Bishop Mike Okonkwo Soccer Tourna-ment designed specially for all The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM) Churches in Lagos will play on, as scheduled, this weekend at various centres. The tourney, which began June 26th at different zones, is being held as part of the activities to mark the birthday anniversary of the Bishop of TREM. Okonkwo is marking his 59th birthday. The TREM Churches have been divided in four different groups to achieve quality organisation. Tomorrow, the Orile TREM will take on Ijesha branch in a Group A fixture. While in Group b, Oworonsoki branch will face Ikeja. On Sunday fireworks will be on in Group C when the Oshodi brethren tackle those from neighbouring Mushin just as Headquarters will battle to retain their status when they step out against a determined Dopemu team.
