Alli said at Dengi in Kanam Local Council area, in continuation of his parley with communities in the state that it would be difficult for government to cater fully for all the affected families. However, he assured that his administration would provide relief materials and other forms of succour to as many of the victims as it could to enable them resume a normal life. The administrator, during a question and answer session, said he would not embark on projects that would not be completed during his tenure. He described a good leader as one who could prevent killings and suffering among his people. He directed that a census of public institutions destroyed during the crises be undertaken for immediate rehabilitation. Alli disclosed that the people of Kanam, for instance, had surrendered 25 illegally acquired weapons to government.
