Masari Becomes Dalhatun Katsina Katsina From Agaju Madugba in Kaduna Emir of Katsina, Alhaji Muhammadu Kabiru Usman, has appointed the House of Representatives Speaker, Alhaji Aminu Bello Masari, the Dalhatun Katsina. A press statement in Kaduna yesterday by Masari's Special Assistant (Media), Mr Leon Usigbe, said the turbaning would take place in Katsina on August 7. Usigbe noted that the honour was in recognition of the speaker's outstanding contributions to the development of the Katsina Emirate Council and Katsina State. The emir has already constituted a local organising committee headed by Alhaji Dahiru Manga, for the turbaning. The appointment makes Masari one of the key advisers to the emir.
