Group Hails Saraki over Service Delivery Kwara An Ilorin pressure group, the Joint Action Committee of Kwara Youths, has praised Kwara State Governor, Dr Bukola Saraki for the landmark achievements recorded by his administration' within 14 months. In a letter of commendation to the Governor, the group's issued by its Director of Administration, Mr.Bode Olayemi and its Publicity Secretary, Malam Nasir Zubair, the body expressed satisfaction with the administration for impacting positively on the lives of the citizenry. "We are proud of your landmark achievements. We feel honoured to be associated with your administration, and we will continue to remain a dependable partner in the development and progress of Kwara State", the committee wrote in its letter. Specifically, the committee cited government's achievements in agriculture, industrialization, job creation, environmental sanitation and restoration of peace and harmony. The body also rejoiced with Saraki, the government and people of the State on the resounding success of the governor's recent official visit to the United States and the conferment of honorary citizenship of the State of Georgia on him. The committee declared: "We also felicitate with Your Excellency for the Award of honorary citizenship of the State of Georgia, United States", adding "we are convinced that such honour conferred on you is in recognition of your administration's sure-footedness in the pursuit of people-oriented and dynamic programmes". It described the award and the visit of Saraki to America, at the instance of Kwarans in diaspora, as "one in a million", expressing optimism that it would bring more benefits to the state, as manifested in the amenities and partnership support programmes brought back home.
