The first phase of the project, according to Makama, will commence in July this year in seven local government areas in six states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
He called on the state government to assist the Commission in the area of logistics, office accommodation as well as secuity of personnel.
Meanwhile, the wife of the Bayelsa State Governor, Mrs. Margaret Alamieyeseigha has described democracy as one of the best things that ever happened to women of the state.
