FG Dissolves FCDA Board, Names Secretary From Andy Ekugo in Abuja Federal Government yesterday approved the dissolution of the Board of the Federal Capital Territory (FCDA) with immediate effect. A statement from the Ministry of Federal Capital Territory said the President approved the dissolution and the appointment of Mallam Mohammed Sani Alhassan as the Executive Secretary of Federal Capital Development Authority. Alhassan until the recent appointment was the Executive Director Works and Technical Services of FCDA. He replaces Mr. Charles Dorgu. According to the statement, Alhassan born on January 1 1955 in Suleja Niger State, graduated from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) in 1978 and started his engineering career with Niger state Government in 1980 before joining FCDA in 1982 where he rose to the rank of the Director of Engineering Services and Executive Director Works and Technical Services.
