Ibrahim Lauds Student Exchange Programme From Yinka Kolawole in Lokoja Governor Ibrahim Idris of Kogi State has described the inter-state student exchange programme as a means to boost the much needed national unity through cultural integration. Speaking at the 13th meeting of the nineteen state Commissioners of Education participating in the inter-state student exchange programme in Lokoja, the governor, who commended the vision of the initiators, noted that the programme has exposed students to each other's values. He urged the commissioners to see themselves as a strong unifying factor, to encourage and support the students. The governor added that young ones in their formative years need such socio-cultural integration programmes to help foster a cohesive future society.
