FRIDAY , NOVEMBER 5, 2004   RAMADAN 23, 1425 A.H.           NASFAT to mark Night of Majesty The Nasrul-Lahi-il Fathi Society of Nigeria (NAFSAT), an Islamic organisation, is to mark its first �Lailatul-Li-Kadir� on Novenber 5. A statement issued by the organisation in Abuja yesterday said the occasion is aimed at fostering unity and understanding amongst its members. �Lailatu-Li-Kadri� is a special prayer organised few days to the end of Ramadan to mark the �Night of Majesty��. The statement which was signed by the organisation�s Public Relations Officer, Alhaji Isiaq Ajibola, described prayers offered on the �Night of Majesty� or �Glorious Night�� as greater than that offered in one thousand nights. It said the occasion would attract many Muslims from far and near and that several Islamic activities had been lined up including a prayer session for the prosperity of the nation. NAFSAT which was established recently has a membership strength that cuts across more than 140 branches nationwide.
