MONDAY , NOVEMBER 8, 2004   RAMADAN 26, 1425 A.H.           Gov. Yar�adua condoles with Justice Bello�s family Gov. Umar Musa Yar�adua of Katsina state has sent a message of condolence to the family of the late Chief Justice of the Federation. In the message, Yar�adua described the death of Justice Muhammadu Bello as a great loss to the state and the nation. The message was contained in a statement signed by the Special Assistant to the governor on media matters, Alhaji Lawal Bakori, and made available to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday in Katsina. Yar�adua, who described late Bello as a legal luminary worthy of emulation, said �as a distinguished elder statesman, the deceased had made this nation proud in various fields of human endeavour��. He prayed Allah to grant him Aljannah Firdausi (Paradise), and the family the fortitude to bear the loss. NAN reports that late Justice Bello died on Thursday at a hospital in Germany, and his remains was expected back in the country for burial on Monday.
