WEDNESDAY , NOVEMBER 9, 2004   RAMADAN 28, 1425 A.H.           Shekarau advised on youths development GOVERNOR Ibrahim Shekarau of Kano state, has been advised not to relent in his effort in reducing unemployment among youths. The advise was given by the chairman of Kano youth promotion council, while speaking to Daily Triumph recently. He opined that the governor should encourage the youth to take to farming for both rainy and dry-seasons in order for the self-reliant programme to be effective. According to him the farming programme to go along way in getting the youth busy, thus preventing them from roaming about the streets asking people for assistance.
