Cleric Tasks Leaders to Rule With Godly Fear By Justice Ilevbare Bishop of Owo Diocese, Methodist Church of Nigeria, Rt. Reverend Gregory Bamgbose has called on leaders in the nation to rule with the fear of God in order to receive God's continued divine guidance at all times. Bishop Bamgbose made this remarks in a sermon delivered at the 70th birthday anniversary thanksgiving of A. A Sawyer at the Wesley Cathedral Olowog-bowo, Lagos. While quoting from several biblical injunctions, the cleric also warned Nigerians to live with the fear of God and walk in his ways so that life could be well and meaningful for them. In a statement by Aramide Tola Noibi Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Methodist, Lagos Archdiocese, Bamgbose frowned at the practice of reducing age through the swearing of affidavit of oaths and regarded the act as abominable, fraudulent and an absurdity.
