Politicians Urged to Learn from Mistakes From Hammed Shittu in Osogbo Political office holders across the country have been called upon to learn from mistakes of the past, in order not to put the nation in chaos and permanent economic misfortune.. A community leader in Osun State, Chief Samuel Morohunfola, disclosed this to our correspondent at Faaji in Odo-Otin Local Government Council Area of the state., He said "it is high time our leaders learn from past mistakes of their predecessors so that the nation could continue to witness much expected development at the grassroots." Morohunfola said state of the economy calls for sober reflections and urged all hands to be on deck towards revamping it. He said, "our leaders need to back-up and embark on programmes capable of enhancing the socio-well-being of the citizenry." Morohunfola who is also the Asiwaju of Faajiland said the recent presentation of staff of office to the new oba of the town Oba Adeyimika, would go a long way in moving the town forward. He noted that the development would enable investors to come to the town to establish cottage industry, which according to him, would accelerate the socio-economic growth of the town. Morohunfola then appealed to both state and Federal Government to establish higher institutions at Faaji, so as to boost the educational development of the town.
