PDP Resolves Leadership Crisis Kogi From Yinka Kolawole in Lokoja The leadership crisis in the Kogi State chapter of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has been amicably settled by the North-central Zone Vice Chairman of the party, Alhaji Abubakar Magaji. Speaking with newsmen at the Government House, Lokoja, zonal chairman said the suspension order on the state chairman of the party, Chief John Odawa, and his state secretary, Alhaji Sadiq Abubakar Sadiq, has been lifted with immediate effect. He added that the meeting noted that members of the state executive committee of the party who were at the same time appointed into the state cabinet and other political offices should relinquish their party offices and that new members should be elected to replace them in the state executive council. The zonal chairman however urged the party leaders and their supporters to work towards an enduring peace in the state chapter of the party by cultivating the spirit of forgiveness.
