Indigenes in Diaspora Laud Fayose Ekiti Ekiti State indigenes residing in Holland have lauded the state Governor, Mr. Ayo Fayose, for successfully piloting the affairs of the state. In a statement by the governor's Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi, the group in a letter written under the umbrella of Ekiti State Association of Holland (ESAH) inviting the governor to Holland, said they were impressed by the genuine effort and avowed determination of Fayose to bring meaningful development to the state. The people said they were well aware of all projects already executed by the governor as well as those that are on-going. The letter read in part, "we have monitored your achievements, and have seen, read and discussed your zeal for our dear state to excel. "May God in His infinite mercy continue to bless you and your entire family. The good work God has started in you would be brought to perfect fulfillment in Jesus name. We are indeed proud to tell others that we are from Ekiti State because we have a good and erudite governor." The people however advised the governor against destruction and urged him to remain focused and ignore threats by those "who are disturbed by the genuine effort of the Fayose administration."
