FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22 , 2004           Kumbotso legislative leader counts democratic dividends By AHMAD T. SANI The legislative leader of Kumbotso local governemnt council in Kano state Alhaji Nasiru Usman has enumerated projects have enjoyed people in the area as their dividends of democracy. Speaking with Daily Triumph, Alhaji Usman count such projects to include rehabilitation of primary schools at Na�ibawa and Wailare construction of drainages at Sabuwar Na�ibawa and electrification of Danguru at the cost of N1.8 million. Besides securing employment for use the councillor also said he had personally bought and distributed 41 bicycles to the people. On education, Alhaji Nasiru said he bought NECO FORMs� for distribution to the youth in the area to further their education. The legislative leader acknowledged the supports given to him by the people in the area and pledged to provide more developmental projects.
