Obasanjo, Balogun, 4 Govs for Security Watch Award By Ben Nwabuwe President Olusegun Obasanjo, Inspector Gen-eral of Police, Mr. Tafa Balogun, four State Governors; Peter Odili, Orji Uzor Kalu, Amed Makarfi and Diepreye Alamiesiegha among other dignitaries have been nominated for Security awards taking place in Abuja on September 7.
