Bank of America Gets New President

Daniel K. Fitzpatrick has been named President for Bank of America Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Market President. The announcement was made on Monday by Anne Finucane, Northeast president for Bank of America.

As the senior executive for Pennsylvania, Fitzpatrick will provide business, civic and philanthropic leadership for Bank of America throughout the state. Headquartered in Philadelphia, Fitzpatrick will work to strengthen communication and integration among the company's local businesses, focusing on continuously improving the customer experience, growing revenue in the Philadelphia market and representing Bank of America in the community.

"Bank of America is very fortunate to have an outstanding leader, civic champion and experienced banker like Dan Fitzpatrick lead our team in Philadelphia and throughout Pennsylvania," said Anne Finucane, Northeast President for Bank of America. "We are very excited to have him stepping into these critical roles."

In addition to his Market President duties, Fitzpatrick is also the Middle Market Banking executive for Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. In this role, he leads the Bank of America team of commercial bankers who provide commercial lending, treasury management solutions and investment banking services to middle-market companies. Previously, Fitzpatrick held senior leadership positions with PNC Capital Markets and Core States Bank in Philadelphia. Earlier, he was employed at Ernst & Young in Philadelphia.

Active in the community, Fitzpatrick is on the board of the Pennsylvania Economy League, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and is chairperson of the Steward's Alliance, a charitable education and social services organization affiliated with Catholic Social Services in Philadelphia.

His education includes a BS in Business Administration from LaSalle University and an MBA from Drexel University. He is also a CPA, a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds Series 7 and 63 Licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers.
