The governor who said that he is operating under a tight challenge, stressed that he hope that the programme will make the  people of the state a model in the country,he said the entire people of the state will be involved because the change is for all  citizenry of the state.His words “We must realize that this administration is operating under some crucial challenges. I don’t mean  challenges in form of inadequate funding or infrastructures.
