FORUM Man in court over killer phone call An Igbosere Chief Magistrate’s Court sitting in Lagos has charged a 29 year-old man, Chinedum Enemuo, for allegedly threatening to kill somebody on phone. In charge number D/105/2004, the accused person was alleged to have on the 4th and 5th day of August 2004, at 9.30pm and 7.30am respectively, at Lagos magisterial district, unlawfully threatened to kill one Chibuike Okeke through telephone call. The prosecution said the offence is punishable and contrary to section 86(1) of the Criminal Code, Cap 32, Volume 2, laws of Lagos State of Nigerian, 1994. The presiding magistrate admitted the accused to a bail upon his plead that he was not guilty of the charge preferred against him.   TO NEXT NEWS PAGE...
