MoneyWise Newsletter Out Lagos By Susan Olarinde Media Partners, publishers of MoneyWise Handbook series has debuted with a weekly newsletter to cater for the needs of personal finance consumers, especially the loyal readers of MoneyWise column anchored by Ayo Arowolo in Financial Standard. Since November 2002 when it was first introduced, MoneyWise has drawn a large followershipp while many fascinating testimonies have also trailed the column by its perspective readers who have benefited from the insights, tips and nuggets shared in the column by the author and his millionaire friends. Media Partners, in a statement by its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Olufemi Awoyemi, also announced that the newsletter, which has also gone online as the first phase of its unique offering, will feature reputable and seasoned columnists such as Rev. Sam Adeyemi, author of Parable of Dollars and former columnist with Financial Standard, Owen O'Malley, founder of The Investment Club Network, Tunji Awonusi, co-founder of TICN Nigeria, Derek Little, top Irish Investment trainer, Richard Dayo Johnson, a millionaire motivational speaker based in London amongst many other notable Nigerian entrepreneurs and professionals. Until last Friday, MoneyWise was a column in Financial Standard newspaper but was pulled out of the paper following an attempt by the Board of Millennium Harvest Limited, publishers of Financial Standard; to appropriate the ownership and copyrights of the concept/product. Arowolo, Chairman editorial board of Financial Standard has thus resigned his appointment on ethical grounds.
