Forum Chairman Seeks Support for Goje Gombe From Saka Ibrahim in Gombe Chairman of the Elders Forum of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Gombe State, Alhaji Adamu Dandarida, has canvassed continuous support for the Danjuma Goje administration. Dandarida in a chat with THISDAY, said the governor did not disappoint them for his impressive performance. Said Dandarida: "The government is trying its best. People should just exercise patience." The chairman who was the state Campaign Co-ordinator of Goje for Governor, specifically commended the government for rehabilitating six Gombe township roads, the dualisation of Lijji-Tumpere major road; the reconstruction of the state specialist hospital, the establishment of the state owned university and 12 vocational centres among others. On the rumour of his death, the politician said his political enemies were behind it. "I thank Almighty Allah that I am still alive. My political enemies are behind the rumour," Dandarida stressed.
