For those of you who do not fancy a family dinner or eats alone at a dinner table without your family, this week is your time. Happy thanksgiving to all of you, particularly to all the christians.

This is the most irresponsible quotes I have ever seen here or heard of. How can any sane person subscribe to such nonsense? And by the way this maybe the reason why kids suffered in the history of the Igbo and still suffer today such unspeakable and unjust treatment na ala Igbo. I vehemently reject the above quoted and pray that all here will too. I hope you will delete it ASAP and disassociate yourself from it my sister.
Happy thanksgiving to all. Eat more turkey.

My friend there is something called free speech which I know Adaeze is exercising,in as much as you have the same freedom of speech to say how you feel about her signature, you sure do not have the right to demand that she delete it.
Let free speech reign my friend.

You missed it, the best way to deal with all the bastards (aremu tugs) in AlaIgbo is to waste them.
I think that is what Adaeze is saying.

No Okwy. I am looking at the statement literally as it was written and what it says and that is a very bad statement and an unfortunate way to think of our kids. I don't need to be trying to guess what she maybe thinking or saying. I see the statement as it stands and it was a lady that wrote that, I see that as a shame that we all allow her to sign off here with that.

I think both okwyonwuka & Ednut have valid points. I too tend to lean towards Okwy's interpretation however, Ed said and rightly that he does not have to try to figure what in the world our sister ADAEZE meant. So a solution if Ada will may be to substitute "Nwa" with aremu.ngige.uba, like so.
Tụfue nu nwa[aremu.ngige.uba] melụ alụ, olue echi amụta ọzọ.
You know this family value thing is being taken out of context. Bush used it and see where it got him, White place. Ed, what are you up to, running for office soon? LOL.

Bia tundE, are you afraid that you are an aru child, and you will be sent to the evil forest? Biko, I agree with Adaeze, tụfue nu Efulefu tundE, olue echi amụta ọzọ.
Happy Thanksgiving.

Happy thanks giving to all my good friends in BMW and beyond, no matter the difference of opinion. Travel safely, eat well and don't drink and drive.

Happy Thankstaking wishes from all our fellow Indian brothers and sisters that are herded up in "reservations" with plenty supply of tombo liquor making sure they cannot see or reason beyond the next bottle of moon shine!
May the descendants of Columbus continue to provide plenty of "moon shine tombo" with pocket change for slot machines at casinos.....Amen.
Meanwhile, please pray for Obusonjo's product of "do or die" election who is on his latest shuttle trip to "Insha Allah" land for another miracle on the mount! May the spirits of the Kabba provide him with plenty of healing for his heart. Without him, NO ONE ELSE CAN LEAD THE COUNTRY (MESS) CALLED NIGERIA...Amen.
Insha Allah (God Willing), he will continue to occupy the seat of his "birth right" given they are "born to rule"!
Seriously folks, BBC just ran an article on what ails your president. Obusonjo and his cohorts continue to out do themselves.a sick man leading a comatose country! Is that the best Nigeria can do?
Giant of Africa....Tufiakwa, the world is laughing at "Nigeria" and her cowardly sons and daughters!
What are you all thankful for again?

...not really...it's just that I think a day of thanksgiving is in order no matter who or what nation came up with the idea. Nothing is as I would have it right now but simply to be alive is something worth shouting about. Watch the sun rise tommorrow and consider how small we all are and yet how beloved. For this and many other things I give thanks daily.
