FUEL CRISIS: FG NOT DOING ENOUGH - NUPENG The secretary-general of NUPENG, Mr Joseph Akinlaja, has blamed the Federal Government for `not doing enough' to check the fuel crisis in the country. He told the News Agency of BiafraNigeria (NAN) yesterday in Abuja that the government was `chasing shadows' instead of finding solution to the problem. Akinlaja said that the current scarcity shows "that the refineries are not in any way functioning at the desired capacity as claimed by the government''.
