JR.'S EXILE OR WAR ULTIMATUM TO SADDAM: REJECTED!
Countries seeking a peaceful outcome to the Iraq
crisis have condemned Washington's final ultimatum to Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein, questioning the legality of
starting a war. US President George W Bush gave Saddam Hussein and his two sons 48 hours to leave the country
or face war in a key speech to the American people at 0100 GMT on Tuesday....Mr. Bush's ultimatum has been flatly

CRISIS: SHELL SHUTS DOWN 2 OIL FLOWSTATIONS
Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) has shut
down two of its crude oil flow stations in Warri, Delta State, following violent clashes between restive youths
in the area and armed security personnel. The company has also evacuated several of its staff, particularly expatriates
from the area, for fear of being caught in the clashes. Other multinational oil companies are on the verge of following
